Sweet & Bitter, but DELICIOUS!!!!

Is it me or life seems to be a little sweeter....well at least where my friends have been taking me! ;)  Gotta love them!

Comment: I <3 this place! The atmosphere and people there are just....chillax'ed!!! Not sure how to describe it but that! hehehe.....The lattes (cafe and tea) are delicious! Oh, and not to mention their Pumpkin Pie, fruit tart, and chocolate cake! =D

Japanese Green Tea Latte

Spanish Latte (super sweet!) with almond milk

Pumpkin pie with whipped cream and Fruit tart! Yumm!!! 

Vegan Chocolate cake: surprisingly delicious!!!

DOTS cupcakes (Pasadena, CA)

I love these mini cupcakes! They look cute and just the perfect size! These are baked daily and taste just THAT fresh!!! They were from my patient, so they taste even BETTER! =)

Portola Coffee Lab (Costa Mesa, CA)

WOW!!!! I have never seen such a coffee (shop??...ok shop does not fit this place AT ALL)...now I know why it's called a LAB!

The barista wears a LAB coat!!! He's serious! ;P

Iced Mocha = Super Delicious!!!
Strong like Vietnamese coffee but not as sweet, which I personally like better!
I must say this is a WINNER to me! :)

KEAN COFFEE (Tustin, CA)

Not too impressed, but I had an Americana....must go back and try something else! The bread pudding (not pictured); however, was warm and delightful! Just like homemade!!!!  :) 

PARADISE PERK (Irvine, CA)

This is a cool and laid-back place to hang out with friends or study (which happened to be the night we were there). There is an indoor sitting as well as a covered-patio in the back. The coffee/ drinks themselves were "okay." We ordered a mocha latte and a soy macchiato. The latte was too light (almost flavorless) and the macchiato was wayyyy too sweet. I think I can live without these drinks. =)

It's that time of the year again! Food Food and More Food!!! It's only October but we all know what the next few months ahead will be like! Well I have a head start since I love eating out! =) And what do you know, it's also DineLA week!!!!! WooHoo!!

Lola's Peruvian Restaurant (Glendale, CA)

Thoughts: Delicious Foods (see below)!!!!! However, expect to dine for a looonnggg time! It took forever (I'm a patience person....-_-) before the waitress took our orders AND to give us our checks! It was a Friday night, but hey you just have be prepared!

Thoughts: I LOVE this place and yes I am biased because my friend works there! loL...On an unbiased note, the food is fresh, friendly service (all the servers treat everyone like their homies), and definitely a food environment! The wait may be long, but it's worth it! ^_~

Thoughts: If you're craving Cuban food, this is the place! Since I got back from Florida, this is the next best place! Everything is a MUST try here! Enjoy! =) PS Service was awesome here! We had a group of 20 and they accommodated us well!!

Felix Combination include chicken, steak, pork, fish, shrimp, scallop, peppers, and creamy spinach on a bed of rice). I would recommend this if you want to try a little of every thing!

Make-up for Fall =)

I thought it would be fun to glam up for Fall because this is my FAVORITE SEASON!!!!! <3 

(PS I know this outfit is not fitting for fall, but this is what I wore today on an October day! You have to love SoCaL!!!!)

So, the make-up: I tried to keep it clean with just simple eye make-up and lip gloss.

Eye shadows: 3 different colors (brown, gold, and taupe) then blend them!!!
